Terms of service

SalonBook connects clients and beauty professionals (salons, independents) so they can discover services, book a slot, and chat about an appointment. SalonBook is not the beauty service provider: the service contract is between the client and the salon.

Using the platform requires an account (client or professional). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. A salon can invite team members and assign roles. Each account remains responsible for actions taken with its access.

A booking is a slot request to a salon, for one or more services. The salon can confirm, mark as honored, or flag a no-show. Prices, durations and availability are provided by the salon. SalonBook aims to show an up-to-date calendar but does not guarantee the absence of last-minute changes.

Both the client and the salon can cancel a booking depending on its status (pending or confirmed) and the delays shown in the app. In case of disagreement (service not delivered, contested no-show, etc.), either party can open a dispute from the booking page. Platform mediation decisions, when any, are recorded in the file.

SalonBook provides a technical tool. The salon remains responsible for the quality of services, its opening hours and its legal obligations (insurance, hygiene, invoicing). The client remains responsible for attending the appointment and, when relevant, for providing an accurate home address.
