Privacy policy

Depending on how you use the app: identity (first and last name), contact details (email, phone), account data, bookings (slots, services, notes, home address if you provide one), messages exchanged with a salon, reviews, files you attach, and technical data (access logs, necessary cookies). We do not publish a registered office address yet: [Adresse à compléter].

Data is used to create and secure your account, display the directory, manage bookings, enable booking-related messaging, handle reviews and disputes, verify salons, and improve the service. Online payments are not open yet: no card data is collected at this stage.

Account data is kept while the account is active, then archived for as long as legal obligations require (invoicing, disputes). Bookings, messages and reviews are kept for service history and as evidence of the exchange, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, write to support@salonbook.app. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
